Welcome to LuckyStar ("LuckyStar," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket, browsing this website, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or purchase tickets.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket or participate in any draw on LuckyStar.
1.2 By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that participating in this draw is legal in your city, province/state, and country of residence. It is your responsibility to check local laws before entering.
1.3 Employees, owners, and immediate family members of LuckyStar involved in organizing or administering a draw are not eligible to win prizes in that draw.
1.4 LuckyStar reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify entries that do not meet these requirements.
2. HOW THE DRAW WORKS
2.1 Each live draw listed on the website has a fixed ticket price and one or more prize items, as described on the draw's page.
2.2 You may purchase one or more tickets per draw, either individually or through a bundle offer (e.g. "Buy 5, Get 1 Free") where available. Bundle offers are set at LuckyStar's discretion and may be added, changed, or removed at any time before a purchase is made.
2.3 Ticket prices, prize descriptions, and bundle offers are as displayed on the website at the time of purchase and are subject to change for future purchases without notice.
3. PAYMENT & VERIFICATION
3.1 LuckyStar currently accepts manual payment methods only (such as mobile wallets or bank transfer), as listed at checkout. No automatic online payment gateway is used.
3.2 After making payment, you must upload a clear screenshot of your payment receipt and provide the transaction/reference ID as prompted. Your ticket is created immediately but marked "Unpaid" until reviewed.
3.3 LuckyStar's admin team manually reviews each payment screenshot and transaction ID before approving a ticket. We reserve the right to reject any payment that cannot be verified, appears fraudulent, altered, duplicated, or does not match the required amount.
3.4 A ticket only becomes a valid, confirmed entry into the draw once its payment has been approved and its status changes to "Confirmed." Unpaid or rejected tickets are not eligible to win.
3.5 It is your responsibility to ensure the mobile number, name, and payment details you submit are accurate. LuckyStar is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer.
4. TICKETS
4.1 Each confirmed ticket is issued a unique serial number, which is used to identify winning entries.
4.2 Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.
4.3 You can view and download/print your confirmed tickets at any time using the mobile number and password associated with your account on the "My Ticket" page. You are responsible for keeping this password secure.
4.4 LuckyStar is not responsible for tickets that cannot be retrieved due to a lost or forgotten password, or an incorrect mobile number provided at the time of purchase.
5. WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT
5.1 Winners are selected manually by LuckyStar from among all confirmed (paid) tickets for a given draw, according to the draw method described for that specific draw (if any additional method is used, such as a live draw event, it will be stated on the draw's page).
5.2 Once selected, winners are published on the public "Winners" page of this website, showing the winner's name, the prize won, and the winning ticket's serial number.
5.3 It is the responsibility of ticket holders to check the Winners page or otherwise stay informed about draw results. LuckyStar may also attempt to contact winners via the mobile number provided (including via WhatsApp), but is not obligated to do so and is not responsible if a winner cannot be reached through no fault of LuckyStar.
5.4 Prize claims must be made within [NUMBER] days of a winner being published, after which the prize may be forfeited at LuckyStar's discretion.
6. PRIZES
6.1 Prizes are as described on the relevant draw's page at the time of purchase. Images used for prize items are for illustration and may not represent the exact item awarded.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, prizes are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.
6.3 The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, registration costs, or collection/delivery arrangements associated with a prize, unless explicitly stated otherwise by LuckyStar.
6.4 LuckyStar reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control.
7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
7.1 Ticket purchases are generally final. Refunds are only issued if: (a) your payment is rejected by LuckyStar and no valid ticket is issued as a result, or (b) LuckyStar cancels a draw entirely before it takes place.
7.2 If a draw is cancelled, LuckyStar will refund all confirmed ticket holders for that draw using a method to be communicated at the time of cancellation.
7.3 LuckyStar does not offer refunds for change of mind after a payment has been confirmed and a ticket approved.
8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- create multiple buyer accounts to circumvent any purchase limits;
- submit fake, edited, or duplicated payment screenshots or transaction IDs;
- attempt to interfere with, hack, or manipulate the draw or winner-selection process;
- use the website for any unlawful purpose.
LuckyStar reserves the right to disqualify any entry, void any ticket, and/or ban any user found engaging in the above conduct, without refund.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 LuckyStar provides this website and its draws on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep the platform accurate and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckyStar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in a draw, including but not limited to loss caused by incorrect information you provided, delays in payment verification, or inability to claim a prize within the stated timeframe.
9.3 LuckyStar's total liability to any entrant in connection with a draw is limited to the amount that entrant paid for their ticket(s) in that draw.
10. PRIVACY
Your personal information (including your name, mobile number, and payment screenshots) is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
LuckyStar may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in a draw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of pakistan.
